  • Boatworks is a pet-friendly apartment complex, ideally located near the riverwalk—perfect for you and your furry companions! We welcome up to two pets per unit, with a small additional monthly fee and security deposit.

  • Free on-site parking is available at Boatworks. EV charging parking spaces are also available for an initial $250 fee and $50 per month, with each station individually metered to the tenant’s unit. Enjoy the convenience of reliable, on-site charging right at home.
